High Speed Sync photography has always fascinated me. This is a photography technique in which we over-power the ambient light and focus only the subject. I have seen many world renowned photographers using this technique to capture their fashion shoots.

So, I purchased the "Elinchrom EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus HS" to use with my existing Elencrom Strobe lights.

I know with this transmitter I can shoot with shutter speeds upto 8000th of a second. The best part is you can control as many Elinchrom lights as you can with a single controller.

Below are few pictures which I captured keeping my little models against the direct sun. Since my models were back facing the sun, It is required to setup some flash to light my models. My Shutter speed was 1/8000Sec. ISO 100 at F2.8.

The results were magical and its strange how a simple strobe flash can over power the SUN's brightness.
