GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & GUIDELINES

- We only provide our services in Delhi & NCR region (Within 50KM range from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad location). Any photoshoot venue located more than 50KM from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad will be charged extra. Any Online Bookings made by the customer outside Delhi & NCR Region will be automatically cancelled and any payments made by the customer will be refunded in the same form of payment. Refund could take 6-7 working days.
- "Book My PhotoShoot Services" hold all rights to change any package's price, price, discounts, contents and its terms & conditions at any given point of time without any prior notification to anyone. Please go through with the terms & conditions every time you are booking any appointments with us.
- "Book My PhotoShoot Services" hold all rights to cancel any confirmed online bookings of anyone during the unavailability of booked photographer on the scheduled booking date and will contact you for a reschedule. No Extra Cost will be deducted in this case from the customers and any booking amount already paid by the customer during the online booking will be refunded without any questions asked if customer do not agree to reschedule the photoshoot.
- Booking amount = 999/- Rupees (Will be adjusted in total package cost).
- Customer would need to pay 50% of package cost on the photoshoot day. Remaining package amount would need to be paid by the customer before the delivery of the product in any form (Printed materials/Picture Soft copy)as agreed during the package bookings. Agreed final product full/partial will not be delivered in any case if customer do not pay the full package payment and confirmed receipt from "Book My PhotoShoot Services".
- Any appointment online bookings made with remaining time less than 24 Hours from the selected photoshoot date & time can't be guaranteed. However, we will try out best to accommodate.
- Our Work Timings are Monday-Sunday 9:30AM to 6:30PM IST. Any order/appointment confirmation will be sent to the customers during the mentioned official work timings only.​
- To keep the picture's colour profile/quality intact, we take great care starting from shoot till that picture gets printed. We use colour calibrated cameras, post processing equipments to give you the best picture colours at the global standards. Our print partners use the same technology to keep the colour profile intact. Due to this reason you will get the exact same colours of your pictures when they get printed from us. However, we don't guarantee the quality of colours when you get the prints from sources other than "Book My PhotoShoot Services". So, we recommend you to ask the vender about colour calibrated printers before ordering any prints online or in-person.
- "Book My PhotoShoot Services" will holds the FULL Copyright of all the images which will be captured by any photographer associated or working for/with "Book My PhotoShoot Services" during the approved photoshoot appointment.
- "Book My PhotoShoot Services" may or may not use few/all pictures captured by their photographers during the approved photoshoot schedule time for its business promotions (In Any form), show pictures on their website without any prior notifications to anyone unless until Copyright is being specifically purchased by the customer for their images.
Without the Copyright purchased by the customers, they do not have any rights/permissions to sell their images to anyone in any conditions/form/ways possible to anyone and even print the images unless until specific rights/Copyrights has been agreed by "Book My PhotoShoot Services" and customer at the time of agreement/bookings.
- Costumes/Dresses to be used during the photoshoot will only be provided by “Book My PhotoShoot Services” if agreed during the time of bookings. Else, customer would need to arrange the costumes/dresses for the photoshoot.

TERMS & CONDITION (Based on the type of photoshoot)

In-house Studio Baby & Kids Photoshoot at customer's house (Not Applicable for all Packages):-
- Customer should have minimum 10-by-8 Feet of free/empty space in their house for us to setup a temporary studio for the photoshoot. Air conditioning will be required in summers. If you do not have minimum free space available in your home, you would need to come to our In-House Photo Studio for the photoshoot which is located at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
- The items and backgrounds shown in our portfolio pictures on our website/FaceBook Page, may or may not be same with the items used in your photoshoot.

Out-Door Photoshoot:
- During the Out-Door photoshoot, “Book My PhotoShoot Services” will not be responsible for any accidents causing any kind of damage or harm to the customer in any way. However, before the start of any out-door photoshoot, our photographer will explain the risks involved and will also explain the safety guidelines which the customer would need to follow strictly.
- Keeping the customer’s safety on priority, photographer aligned for the photoshoot holds the rights to include or reject any suggestions made by the customer during the photoshoot.
- Customer would need to pay for any entry fee or photography charges (If-any) involved with finalised out-door photoshoot location.

Postage & Handling of the Final Printed Products

- Customers are free to pickup their ordered printed products (like PhotoBooks, Posters etc.) from our business address located in Indirapuram Ghaziabad (UP).

- If customers wants us to post/currier their ordered printed products to them, standard currier charges will be applicable (Rupees 150-300 per Packet)and will be communicated to the customer before delivery which they can pay through PayTM on our provided contact number.
